Starting early 50’s Chemar Foundry is a castings manufacturer for: power, chemical, petrochemical, machinery, cement and lime industries.

We mainly offer:

• carbon constructional cast steel castings

• cast steels castings to apply in increased temperatures

• corrosion-resisting cast steel castings

• mine water resistant cast steel castings

• heat-resisting cast steel castings

• abrasion-resisting cast steel castings

The main range of the castings we produce includes:

• parts for industrial fittings production

• elements of power pipings

• elements for pumps

• machinery castings (e.g. railway and mining industries)

We produce castings with weight 10 ÷ 2500 kg

Production technology is based on sand moulds. Moulds are manufactured on machine molding stations equipped with molding machines:

FKT-65 – molding boxes dimensions: 500x630/200+250
FKT-108 – molding boxes dimensions: 600x800/250+300
“Retopress” 40A – molding boxes dimensions: 1000x800/320+400

and hand molding stations equipped with following molding boxes:
1250x1000/250, 360, 400, 500
1600x1200/500, 600,700
1700x1700/500, 700
1800x1200/300, 500
2000x2000/500, 800

Materials that we manufacture:

Our Foundry posses it own pattern shop which manufacture wooden patterns and resin patterns as well. Therefore we can manufacture castings from our patterns or we can adjust patterns delivered by customers.
