We have implemented and apply quality system in scope of union parts manufacture designed for pressure equipment production in accordance with Annex I, Article 4.3 of 97/23/WE Directive. Moreover we possess an approval as a material manufacturer acc. to AD 2000-Merkblatt W0/TRD 100 and authority for materials production acc. to LRS and GL regulations.


The following tests are carried out on our casting:

• destructively (strength properties, impact resistance in room temperature and in decreased temperature, plasticity limit up to 550°C, microstructure, intercrystalline corrosion resistance, chemical composition control with chemical and physical methods)

• nondestructively (radiographic, magnetic-particle, ultrasonic, dye penetrate, hydraulic tests).
